HITT
HITT classes are 45 minutes of high intensity TEAM training. These classes combine short bursts of maximum-effort work, followed by a period of low-intensity recovery. HITT is a super effective way to get your cardio in, burn a lot of fat, and build strength and endurance in a short time frame with the help of a coach.

If you can't make our scheduled HITT classes, rest-assured you can still your high intensity interval training in. Our studios at select locations are open 24/7 for your use.
