HITT
HITT classes are 45 minutes of high intensity TEAM training. These classes combine short bursts of maximum-effort work, followed by a period of low-intensity recovery. HITT is a super effective way to get your cardio in, burn a lot of fat, and build strength and endurance in a short time frame with the help of a coach.

If you can't make our scheduled HITT classes, rest-assured you can still get your high intensity interval training in. Our studios at select locations are open all day during staffed hours for your use.

BOOK YOUR SPACE
All CityFitness members have access to the CityFitness app allowing them to schedule & reserve their space in our group fitness classes. Bookings are strongly recommended, especially for those classes with limited space. For account activation, please speak to a staff member.
