The purpose of the Programme Manager’s position is to evolve and oversee the Mind/Body studio programme vision and to create and execute revenue programmes in his/her assigned studio.

- Achieve monthly membership goals and monthly headcount goals in all classes.
- Maintain a steady team of teachers with no one teacher comprising more than 25% of the timetable.

- Manage monthly Mind/Body studio instructor meetings as an effective communication, problem solving, and education tool.
- Adhere to and implement Company policies and procedures including performance management and discipline.

- Establishes standards for all Yoga instructors and programming.
- Nurtures relationship between instructors and various disciplines offered in studio.
- Deliver yoga or Pilates classes and programmes to students.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications:
- Three to five years of managerial and/or sales experience with proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness, mind/body or professional setting.
- Understanding of financial analysis and budgets.
- Proven ability to hire, direct, coach, train and evaluate staff.
- Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to utilize new techniques, ideas and problem solving skills.
- Possess honesty and personal integrity.

Job Description
We are committed to providing an unparalleled experience for our students. Our instructor team plays a key role in this mission. This role is responsible for leading classes ranging from 30 to 90 minutes at a standard that exceeds our students' expectations. Teachers must be versatile enough to lead classes with students at multiple 'levels'. Our instructors also assist with the process of welcoming new students to the studio and making their experience positive.
Candidates for this job must be available during daytime hours and possibly occasional weekend hours.
Qualifications
Certification in Yoga or Pilates as follows:
- Yoga - 200hr RYT
- Pilates
- Classical certification preferred
- Must be fully certified, regardless of training programme
- Both: CPR/first aid a plus

Group Fitness Coordinator

Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to increase attendance to group fitness classes by improving member satisfaction. As a successful Group Fitness Coordinator, you will contribute directly to the bottom line success of your club by providing world-class group fitness classes that attract new and experienced members.
As an employee of CityFitness you are required to:
- Maintain a strict sense of professional ethics, maintaining confidentiality and privacy, and abiding by cityfitness policies.
- Represent the CityFitness organization in a favorable manner at all times
- Teach classes at CityFitness on an exclusive basis.
Responsibilities
Key Performance Indicators
- Convert 40% of all club visits into Group Fitness experiences.
- Identify, recruit and train a high standard of Group Fitness instructors.
- Keep accurate statistical reports (attendance, bookings, cost analysis) using the provided software
- Assist Head Teachers to organize & lead team tuition sessions prior to quarterly releases.
- Oversee the training process for new cityfitness employees within designated programme.
- Ensure that all instructors complete module training, and achieve module certification.
- Ensure team members qualifications remain current (CPR, first aid, REPs).
- Organise internal marketing and promotion of classes and instructors.
- Perform Quality Control assessment process for cityfitness instructors on a regular basis (6-monthly).
- Enforce club codes, policies and systems.
- Organise roster and class timetable to maximise attendance and minimize costs.

Health & Safety
- Ensure equipment is safe, clean and well-maintained, and the studio is left in a tidy manner.
- Arrange repairs to faulty equipment and ensure payment for work done is followed through.
- Report all accidents, incidents and hazards, and complete relevant documentation.
- Responsible for keeping yourself and others safe while at work, complying with cityfitness health and safety regulations and wearing protective clothing and footwear, and using equipment provided.
- Administer first aid when required.
- Act within own scope of practice and refer out to qualified personnel when deemed necessary.

- Current Workplace First Aid Certificate
- Current REPs certification – Group Fitness level

We're seeking an Intermediate Graphic Designer to assist the Marketing Comms and PR Manager in producing print and digital artwork for CityFitness.

Responsibilities
- Provide design solutions from concept to completion for print and digital.
- Assist with and undertake various marketing related tasks and other graphic design work as required based on business demand.
- Liaise with third parties in relation to all graphic collateral.
- Create print production files.
- Source and manipulate images for layouts/production.
- Develop and maintain image and graphic libraries.
- Maintain current knowledge of graphic design technology and innovation.
Skill Requirements
- Graphic Design degree or diploma.
- Advanced proficiency with current Mac publishing software and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop).
- Print production knowledge and expertise.
- Experience in a Marketing role is a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong design skills and acute attention to detail.

Commitment
