High Intensity Team Training

High Intensity Team Training is a 45-minute class that combines short bursts of maximum effort work, followed by a period of low intensity recovery with one of our coaches motivating you along the way.

Zumba is a Latin inspired- dance fitness class that will sculpt your body. Workouts target glutes, legs, arms, core, abs, and the most important part of the body… the heart!

Group Active is a diverse workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, builds total-body strength, and enhances Movement Health for daily life. Inspiring music and professional coaching will ensure you succeed with a wide variety of innovative and athletic exercises using dumbbells, body weight, and a step.

Group Blast is athletic cardio training that uses a step in a wide variety of ways. You’ll walk, jog, run, and jump, plus conquer balance drills, lateral drills, and quickness drills to exciting, energetic music. Group Blast is for anyone looking for a sweaty cardio and agility challenge.

Group Power is a cutting-edge strength training workout designed to get you muscle and movement strong. It combines traditional strength training with full-body, innovative exercises using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, body weight, a step, upbeat music, and expert coaching. 

Grow longer and stronger though an invigorating mind-body workout. Group Centergy incorporates Yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body movement journey.

Group Core gives a stronger core, from your shoulders to your hips, improves athletic performance and enhances Movement Health. Expert coaching and motivating music will push you through a wide variety of innovative exercises that use your body weight, weight plates, a step, and a towel.

Group Fight builds cardio fitness, total-body strength, and coordination. The adrenaline-fueled MMA-inspired cardio training will have you kicking, punching, jabbing, jumping, and sweating your way to your healthier, happier, and ready-for-anything self.  Thrilling music and motivational coaching will get you fighting fit.

Group Groove is a cardio bash that makes the time and sweat fly. During this energizing hour of dance fitness, you’ll experience a fusion of club, hip-hop, and Latin dance styles set to chart topping hits.

Group Ride is a cycling experience brought indoors that will get you heart, lung, and leg strong. Inspiring music sets the pace and creates the terrain as you roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains, and sprint to the finish!

R30 is a cycling workout that will improve your cardio fitness and muscular endurance in only 30 minutes. The inspiring music will have you racing, climbing, and coasting, as you build endurance and lower-body strength.

Specifically designed for our senior members, this is a low impact programme that is healthy for aging, even for people with conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, balance issues and many more. Fun is the focus and with Litepace a lifted spirt and added spring in your step is guaranteed.
