
Your first visit to a health club can be a bit confusing and overwhelming especially if it is the first time you have been to a club before. We suggest that you call your local club and arrange a suitable appointment time to come and view the facilities and discuss the best option for you.
Your first visit may or may not include a workout depending on your experience at a health club. Should you wish to do a workout on your first visit please discuss this with your local club representative. A first visit workout could include a group fitness class, gym floor program class or workout with a personal trainer. (which needs to be arranged in advance.)
A first visit is also often easier with a friend. If you have a friend who is also interested in the club please do not hesitate to bring them with you
