cityfitness offers one of New Zealand's most extensive programs of both conventional and cutting-edge group fitness classes. With more than 500 classes offered weekly as part of your network membership, there’s a program that fits your skill level, your goals, your schedule, and your preferences.

Instructors
All of our instructors are REPS registered and complete rigorous training programs to prepare them to coach and motivate. They also complete extensive hands on continuing education each year and go through a thorough evaluation process annually to ensure that the quality of the programmes they deliver are world-class. .
Programmes
Our group fitness programmes offer a variety of classes for men and women of all ages and at all fitness levels. The foundation of our programme is our BTS classes, offered exclusively at cityfitness. BTS is an internationally recognized leader in innovative, results-focused group fitness solutions. These programs are researched and developed by an experienced team of fitness instructors, trainers and physiologists so that moves are simple, safe and effective in getting results. We also offer specialty programs that cater to your specific needs, such as Zumba and classes for new mums.
